How to make a base card

1. Cut your card to size using a paper trimmer
or guillotine. We'll tell you what size your card
needs to be at the start of each project, to keep
things simple.

2. Measure your card to find the centre.
Draw a line down the centre. Using a ruler
and a bone folder, score along the line
to make it easier to fold your card.

3. Rub off your pencil line with a soft eraser.
Fold your card in half along the scored line
and smooth the fold with a bone folder, for
a crisp finish.

Now you are ready to decorate your card as you wish.
