Cardmaker of the Year 2011 winners!

Alice Lipscombe-Southwell, Production Editor

We had thousands of entries to our Cardmaker of the Year competition this year. The offices were piled high with postbags containing your wonderful creations! This year's competition had even more exciting categories to enter - 20 in total - plus a bigger prize pot with £8,000 worth of craft goodies.

A huge round of congratulations is in order for our winner, Sharon Callis, who has been crowned Cardmaker of the Year 2011

I'm the Production Editor at Cardmaking & Papercraft. I work hard to scour the shops and websites to find you the very best products for your favourite hobby. Stamping is my fave and I'm slowly working on my technique with ProMarkers. One of the best bits of the job is opening all the gorgeous emails and letters from readers to see what you've come up with. If you have any hot tips and stories I'd love to hear about them, so feel free to drop me a message!

Cardmaker of the Year 2011

30th November 2011

Was just wondering, like others, whether you would be showing any highly commended cards this year?  It does say in your magazine that they will be shown on the website too.

I was lucky enough to have this last year and know that it boosted my confidence, so would like to think that it would do the same for other contributors this year.
