Cracking Christmas cards!

Lisa Jones, Art Editor

Our Christmas issue is on sale today and I can’t wait to see what creations you make with the fab Kate Knight paper stack we’re giving you! I still have Christmas cards to make but even if you’ve made yours it’s also perfect for winter birthdays.

There are so many fab projects to choose from I couldn’t possibly decide on a favourite… I love the budget challenge cards this issue. You can use left over Christmas wrap, old Christmas cards and bits from your stash to make the cutest cards!

I also love Dorothy’s embroidered cards, I may have to try and make the Christmas pudding card for my Grandma, she’ll be chuffed that all those years of trying to teach me to sew paid off. Fingers crossed I don’t get in too much of a tangle with the sewing machine!

I hope it puts you as much of a festive mood as we are in at Quick Cards HQ!

I was always the first to get covered in powder paint and glue at school and not much has changed since! I’m so lucky to be able to combine my creative hobby with my job and work on the art team at Quick Cards. The best part is that I get to design our fab cover gifts and then see the fantastic creations you all make! I also love styling the photographs of the beautiful cards our designers make.
