Polymer clay made easy!

Sarah Bostock

Our August issue - Issue 77 - has just hit the shops and it really is packed with gorgeous summer projects. I love it!

polymer clay projectIf you've always been wary of trying clay modelling, let our funky polymer clay summer topper cards inspire you. I haven't played with polymer clay for over 10 years, but I can happily report Dulcie Jackson's top tips and steps make it easy to get fab results. Give them a try and let me know how you get on.

The issue also features stylish suspension cards, a trendy secret's box - perfect for teenage girls, budget wedding invites and chic thank yous. Plus it comes with a fabulous FREE Pyramage card pack, designed by one of my favourite artists, Nel Whatmore. I'm amazed at how easy these cards are to make, but the results are so chic!

I'd love to know what you think of the projects inside Issue 77 - as well as the free gift - so please post your comments below.

Happy card making, Sarah x

Bio

As the Editor of Quick Cards, I think I have the best job in the world! I love to spend my days pouring over the gorgeous new card making products that get sent into the office, then sharing my favourites with you. I work with some of the UK's best crafty designers to bring you beautiful and inspirational card projects each issue, that cater for every level of crafter. I have always been a creative person and love trying out new crafts - from card making (of course!) and scrapbooking, to glass painting and clay modelling, I really have tried it all, with varying levels of success..! My favourite part of the job is hearing from our readers -; what you've been making, what you're loving in the craft world and what is making you smile at the moment. So please, keep in touch and let me know what you think of Quick Cards.
