World Craft Week - emboss resist instructions!

Molly Price, Production Editor

World Craft Week

This resist emboss-reveal card has been created for us by our very own Production Editor, Molly Price, to help celebrate World Craft Week 2018, which runs from 16-22nd April.

This year, World Craft Week is supporting Bliss, a charity for babies born premature or sick. Visit www.worldcraftweek.com to find out more and download a FREE digi magazine packed with even more projects for you to try!

You can also download more special crafty projects and patterns for just £3 each – the money raised will be donated to Bliss, to help this important cause.

Look out for more exciting World Craft Week projects coming soon on our website!

How to make this emboss resist card:

  1. Layer a 142x135mm piece of striped pink and white paper onto a 150x145mm piece of pink mirri card. Attach to a white base card.
  2. Trim an 80x60mm and 135x60mm panel of pink mirri card and attach to the base, as shown.
  3. Add World Craft Week image to base, as shown.
  4. Stamp sentiment onto a 130x55mm piece of watercolour paper using VersaMark ink and heat emboss in white.
  5. Paint over heat embossed sentiment with watercolours, to finish.
