I've been subscribing to Cardmakingandpapercraft for about 3 years and have only just realised that there is a forum. I've been cardmaking for about 6 years and am absolutely addicted! I've been retired for about 6 months and am desperately trying to find time for cardmaking, as I'm busier now than when I was working. I'm afraid the housework will have to take a back seat as I have to make sure I get to use all my cardmaking stash!!!!

I'm married to Martin and have 2 grown up children and 5 grandchildren, so they keep me busy.

Hello and welcome! I have been a member of this forum for 4 years now, and it is a very friendly bunch of people. We are always willing to help whenever we can. Thanks for telling us a bit about you. I have been married for 10 years, have a 4 year old son who has just started school and work full-time so have relatively little time for crafting. I have been cardmaking most of my life, but it really took off about 6 years ago and I have been scrapbooking since 2005. I look forward to getting to know you better.

Hi Anne, I also love knitting, sewing and sugar craft but am afraid the cardmaking seems to take over these days. I haven't picked up my knitting needles since I started cardmaking.

Welcome from me too. I've been on forum quite a while now. I'm a widow with two grown up children and 3 grandchildren. If you take CMPC you will have seen my picture - bottom left of the 300 years of crafting feature. It's quite a good photo of me but a poor one of the card - better one of that in gallery!

Hi BusyBee, nice to talk to you. What issue of CMPC were you featured in? I keep all my copies so I will have a look through. I haven't logged on for a while as have been trying to make a birthday card for my daughter in laws 40th birthday as well as trying to clear out our bedroom ready for the decorators who are coming on Monday!!!!
