Issue 111 templates

I'm trying to make the neverending card from p. 55. 

I can follow the steps untill number 9.

Between step 9 and step 10 I think there's something forgotten.

I'm a Belgium women and the English I know is from my schooltime. I ended schooltime on 1974, so sorry when I make mistakes. I hope you'll understand my problem and I wish you can help me to make this fabulous card. 

I will  thank you for the time you take to read my email and also the time you will take to sold my problem.
